AFS Interculture Canada, acting in collaboration with AFS Intercultural Programs as well as with various partners and organizations located in different jurisdictions, may disclose personal information to these third parties when necessary for the provision of its activities and services; however, as these third parties remain solely responsible for their own policies, practices, systems, and/or procedures regarding the protection of personal information, which may vary according to the laws and requirements applicable in their jurisdiction, AFS Interculture Canada exercises no control over them and cannot be held responsible for the processing of personal information they carry out, nor guarantee their compliance with the same standards, laws, and/or practices to which it is itself subject.
