AFS Interculture Canada, acting in collaboration with AFS Intercultural Programs as well as with various partners and organizations located in different jurisdictions, may disclose personal information to such third parties when necessary for the delivery of its activities and services. However, these third parties remain solely responsible for their own policies, practices, systems and/or procedures regarding the protection of personal information, which may vary depending on the laws and requirements applicable in their respective jurisdictions. AFS Interculture Canada has no control over these third parties and cannot be held responsible for their processing of personal information, nor can it guarantee their compliance with the same standards, laws and/or practices to which AFS Interculture Canada itself is subject.
