Most Norwegian youth attend mainstream schools with classes in business, arts, or sports. The school day runs from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., with 15-minute breaks between classes.
The school system requires independence and maturity. Books are loaned, a laptop is required, and no uniform is required.
AFS helps people of all ages and backgrounds develop the knowledge, skills, and understanding needed to connect with diverse people, succeed in a global environment, and contribute to a positive impact on the world.
