Short Program – 4 weeks
Closed
Enjoy a rich intercultural experience on this small piece of land – smaller than the island of Montreal – and improve your English.
Admission requirements
Participants must be between 14 and 17 years old on the day of departure.
Your school
The school is a 10-minute walk from your residence, where you'll eat in the cafeteria, respecting dietary restrictions. The residence is co-ed, but rooms are shared between students of the same sex and supervised by NSTS Malta.
Classes take place in a relaxed setting, away from traditional classrooms, with a focus on oral communication through group discussions. NSTS Malta shares AFS's values and safety standards, hence their partnership for this exchange program.
Activities
This program focuses primarily on learning English through full-time classes alongside other international students. After class, you'll be able to explore Valletta, enjoy the beaches, and participate in activities such as games, quizzes, and workshops organized by volunteers and teachers.
Your evenings will be free: dance parties, beach barbecues, or late-night movies. Weekends are dedicated to excursions and guided tours to discover Malta's fascinating history, which dates back over 7,000 years!
